When you gain education behind closed doors, it is easy to feel like you have conquered the world and all of its snares. Yet, when it (the knowledge you have attained) is put to the test, you will truly know much practice will need to be implemented before you have truly transformed from a student to a master.
On this path to purpose, I realized tonight that I am emerging from the minor stages of a student and into the practices of a master. Though the road looks mighty long, I realize I have everything within to battle the snares ahead based on my studies as a student.

I have lead Successful Sales TEAMs (with measurable results); trained Director's & CEO's in Employment, Compliance, Risk Mitigation, Diversity & Organizational Development. I have worked as an Independent Consultant and helped 5 Small Businesses Access their Markets & Strategically Open their doors, while supporting many others improve their process increasing their Visibility & Profitability.

Coupled with my professional experience, I am also a Certified Transitional, Spiritual & Exhortation Life Coach. Currently I Coach & Counsel Facilitators, on a National Level, with New Horizon Coaching Associates, LLC (where transformation takes place one life at a time as we encourage & support people to 'Live Life by their Design!')
